I haven't watched GMTV for ages, but it was quite sad seeing her go, I liked Penny. Hopefully she'll be back on the TV soon.

Such a shame that Andrew and Emma was on duty the day she left. I also would have thought they would have got John back down just for today aswell. I thought that was bad.

For me GMTV was Eamonn, Fiona and Penny when I was growing up. The last remaining good of GMTV has gone.

GMTV Will no longer be the same, I always used to love Pennys links back to the main presenting team after the news update. She was feisty and always left me with a smile. She was brilliant and a huge loss.
GMTV will not be the same... I just feel as ITV are trying to create the one show but on channel 3 at six o'clock at the morning.

Completely agree. ITV were foolish to let her go. I just hope she re-appears on our screens soon with my personal preference of BBC Breakfast. Smile

What is more important? GMTV's news coverage or that it happened to be Penny's last day Rolling Eyes
