London Tonight always looked incredibly classy in Studio 7, and they did an amazing job coping with summer and winter lighting during the day and at night. It's not a huge space - and ISTR it is quite an odd shape - but the real windows give you a feeling of a HUGE amount of extra space (just like The One Show)

I think one of the few studio sets that works with fake windows is The Andrew Marr Show - probably because it is a very clean view, and there is movement in it.

Although I don't think a name change would be good for GMTV, but CBS' The Early Show has the best intro out of the US breakfast shows IMO, hope GMTV do something like this, emphasis on like, not copying.

It goes HD on Monday.

If GMTV takes any idea's from American morning shows, I hope it is NBC Today - lovely studio, graphics, and opening sequence:

Having watched a full hour of USA Breakfast Shows in New York - GMA is one of the best - we can learn a lot from their mix of news, weather and entertainment as well as there sharp presentation of graphics etc.

I merge of all three breakfast shows - I think would result in the best Breakfast show ever for ITV.

I do hope Emma stays on GMTV and is given a pairring that flatters her, just like now. Her amazing relationship with Andrew has been overlooked somewhat. It is really infectious.

Can anyone actually confirm if the show will have a new name??!!

A rather outdated selection of Thumbs on studio 7. I hope they actually have a 'set' built into the studio. Either some new frame work for the windows, platform for the sofa....just somehting to break up that magnificent, but cold looking view.

Where did the audience go when Loose Women were in that studio?
