Thanks for bringing this to my attention. As head of music licensing I have informed the PRS and our legal department who are looking into it. They are going to contact Google UK in the morning. If you could think of where they could have been leaked from please let me know.

The reason I did it was because several mixes I prepared for this website with specific instructions "Do not upload to youtube" appeared on there.

maybe if it was your work being plasted allover youtube you wouldn't be saying that! The composer and muscians featured in the music SHOULD get paid everytime the music is played or indeed everytime a license is issued, why should people get it for free? Artist and composers are not as rich and some may think!
musicians performing on the GMTV tracks must be paid every time the tracks are played in public or used commercially - remember that!

I take it both you and Michael W have paid the composer and musicians for your copies then?

If you're going to have some moral high ground, guys, make sure you're able to stand on it first.
