had a read of that, and it does certainly so GMTV is a good breakfast channel
so, that good.

GMTV is the only Breakfast TV channel. I didn't read anything in that article which indicated that the author thought it was particularly good; you obviously got a different impression.

Ah, the calender on the TV Forum homepage has two GMTV Re vamp things on it for the 31st, one by me, which I added when I found out a few weeks ago when nothing was there apart from Disney XD and now one from Beep.

Yes, but mine has the correct channel name.

Well, it's on ITV, so I put it down on ITV 1. No need to put it up again because it was slightly wrong! Confused

Well I would say GMTV comes out of it looking better than BBC Breakfast. I would have to agree as well - Breakfast was at its best with Sophie Raworth and Jeremy Bowen because they did the serious stuff well but then the fun stuff just tended to be bizarre with Jeremy's comments.

GMTV has improved greatly and it at least makes you feel that little bit happier in the morning which is certainly what I'm looking for at 6am whilst cursing my alarm clock and scrabbling around for some cereal.

It's not on ITV, It's on GMTV. It is the morning licensee of Independent Television.

To be honest though if you explained the situation to anyone outside of the television industry (and outside this forum) they would probably disagree that GMTV was a channel, and think of it more that they are simply the ones running Channel 3 during those hours!

If only these revamp changes could also involve 'revamping' Ben Shepard - can't stand the man! The other three are alright, inparticular Emma and Andrew who, in my opinion, lead GMTV four days a week!

I agree re- Ben Shephard.
I have enjoyed watching GMTV for the past two weeks, Emma and Andrew have been great.

I don't mind Ben Shephard, and he'll be back from next week with Penny.

Great closing shot today with Ben and Penny. The camera zoomed out really far, further than usual anyway!
