Old theme used this morning when opting for breaks, you'd of thought graphics would have been sorted by now.

I noticed that. Cross Channel, was it a slip up or was there a genine reason behind the 2000-2008 music used in the break inro's and outro's???

I think it could be a permanent move, that music was superior to the newer one and much more modern. Great for pres fans though.

1) Why would they use one lot of music for the titles/close and then a different for breaks?
2) That music was dated.
3) I think most pres fans would prefer continuity to nostalgia

1) My understanding was that it was the old theme used throughout, not just for breaks (I didn't see TOTH today). If that is the case then its very odd and it will probably be back to normal soon

2) Yes, but imo the newer version sounded more dated and much more annoying

3) Indeed, and pres fans also like change. The comment was aimed at the new music btw not the old one which appears to be the only purpose it serves (catering for pres fans).

I heard old theme going into the break around 650am & new theme coming back.

New theme at 7am TOTH I think(But I was getting ready for work at that point!)

Yes... it was just during the into break stings that the old music was heard.

Its all back to normal today anyway, it was probably something technical

any chance of listening to a preview of the new voiceover at the TOTH
