Tyne Tees adopted an ugly dog this morning. It still had the normal 'North East' in the ITV font, underneath it had the News logo (used on Penny's plasma at the news desk) and the GMTV clock. It looked blury and like it was edited in paint.. Though it was shaped to fit in with the ITV graphics.
Looks as if Kate and Andrew are to be re-united next week on GMTV, seen as though they haven't done a show together since early january before the new look.
Where some will slate them for the way they are changing things I quite like how they're phasing it. Sometimes if you change everything all at once then if its for the worst then its all effort wasted and it might turn viewers away. But as they've been changing it bit by bit we're slowly being introduced to the "new" GMTV whilst still having ties to what it was like keeping it recognisable.
