Without them, I just wouldn't know how to conduct myself safely in conversations in the outside world.

Should mention - I've just had Sir Trev on the line. In future, can he only be pictured next to Pyrex jugs, or those Smarties mugs you used to get free with Easter Eggs. Don't ask me why. It's what he wants...
