Anglia introduced those graphics late last year, when they changed to the Met Office. Meridian have been introducing them with the new look news programmes over the last few weeks.
So Anglia hasn't changed today, still their own presenters, just moved the 6pm forecast to 6:25.
They also use those graphics for Airwatch.
Also, the Anglia Weather website must be one of the best regional weather sites around.

LWT will probably not change seeing as they take the ITV Met Office Graphics which they & Carlton London have done for years
Great to see that Newcastle was re-kitted out as well and we got to keep Bob Johnson rather than Granada using this as an excuse to move the weather down to Leeds as well
I wonder if Bob'll be allowed to keep his silly place names before and during NE Tonight where he spells out a phrase and has his little anagram on-screen....
BTW are the Meridian/Anglia ones being produced in Leeds or Norwich/Southampton still? And have Border taken this look as well?
Where are they all being done anyway? We've got
YTV = Leeds (obviously)
Granada = Leeds (with a different presenter and probably a different studio as well)
Tyne Tees = Newcastle (Leeds when Bob Johnson is off)
Border = ?
Anglia = ?
Meridian = ?
Well that was a load of crap. 2 day outlooks? Sunrises/sunsets? wtf's all that rubbish about? No forecast during the programme at all!!!
And now a few seconds into the weather forecast, they totally lost it, and put on 30 seconds of Veronica's Closet instead, part of it on rewind, then back to the forecast in time for the sponsor details (funny that).
And we've lost the sub-regional weather forecast as well!!!!!
Why oh why can't GMG EVER leave anything that WORKS ALONE?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Yorkshire went very smoothly. We had rainfall figures, wind gusts, the forecast, sunset & sunrise, 3 day outlook and summary.
And what's unusual about the sunset & sunrise times, we've always had that as part of the forecast here in Yorkshire. Think it's for the farmers. ooooh ahhhh.
Never in the history of Granada have we seen a human presenting our weather. GMG have done really well on this one, IMO.
At least YTV and TTTV have always had people doing the weather, this is a massive improvement to Granada and GMG deserve to be praised for doing it - at least they've bothered to do something.
PS. Sorry about image quality. Despite officially living in the Granada region, my reception up here isn't particularly good.
Yes, finally you lucky people can all see what Debbie Lindley looks like, and who knows soon you might get Jo Blythe. Good to see as well that we are getting your own presenter, not just one forecaster tape recording each region.
See what you mean about your map, does Debbie have difficulty pointing to those places, without obscuring the rest of the map.
Well, Yorkshire's
feed
went very smoothly. They (Yorkshire's Leeds broadcast centre) couldn't have made a bigger dog's dinner of the Tyne Tees feed. Switching over to a feed for a programme that wasn't even on for hours, someone's been spiking their spliffs down there tonight.
> And what's unusual about the sunset & sunrise times
Nothing. Except when that's all Bob appears during the programme to say. Even Mike Neville sneered at the new system, and I can't see it lasting more than a few weeks. What on earth is the point? GMG have, once again, destroyed the flow of a system that worked. Like I say, idiots.
