Did anyone else see this? I enjoyed it, it had a good plot line and characters. Put simply, it's a detective drama about police corruption in the 1960s. It's only a one-off at the moment, but I enjoyed the way it contrasted with things like
Midsomer Murders
in that it was set in a day when homosexuality was illegal, and the death penalty was still in place for certain crimes.
I do hope it turns into a series, because it could become massively popular - Martin Shaw did his character perfectly, and I have a feeling Lee Ingleby could have half the nation's female population after him...
