ITV are showing a repeat of tonight's X Factor programmes tomorrow afternoon from 1630-1830.

UTV are only showing one of them ("the first of today's two shows" lies the UTV website, failing to bother to edit the synopsis), then are showing a "Planet's Funniest Animals" in order to get "School Choir of the Year" on air.

This means that while you can watch the build up to the decision on who makes it to the final 4 of each category, you won't see who makes it there.

Genius.

This also being the channel that shows "The Planet's Funniest Animals" every weekday at 5pm. In this case half of Paul O'Grady may probably be prefered.

Is there any reason why UTV couldn't move CITV to 4-5.30pm then show Paul O' Grady from 3-4pm instead of programmes like Cash Cab etc.

(or alternatively, CITV 3-4.30, POG 4.30-5.30)

But POG is broadcast live for 3 days a week.

Well, IIRC UTV used to broadcast it the day later at 2pm before ITV Day came along with their arkward 45 minute programmes!

Paul O Grady should be shown at 9:30am the next day on UTV instead of the rubbish that is in that slot.

Mind you... they could always move it to U105.8 - then they could run the same series year after year and no one would notice. Come to think of it, they could just run the soundtracks from the last few years and no one would notice.....

While they're at it, why not move UTV Live onto U105?

It seems to me that UTV are putting too much into their radio station in favour of their almost 46-year old television station - it probably won't be long until there's no continuity at all from Havelock House and we get to see sheep before the programmes and have to guess what's coming next.
