Starting from I'm a Celeb tonight although it looks like they're adding to the existing batch as opposed to replacing them. They've been done by Blink Productions and Pleix using the ideas of Red Bee so it'll be interesting if these six stand out over the existing ones.

The six idents - Bike, Lake, Market, Beach, Pavement Art and Basketball - form the second phase of the broadcaster's on-screen rebranding across all its services, first introduced in January.

I wonder what that little image is supposed to be from, doesn't match up to any of them in my opinion.
And why is the itv lettering in the logo in black? Perhaps it isn't that easy to see the white on the yellow, but then it would muck up all of the channels.

the rumors were true it was the beach ident. i liked it.

The music is different.
The first ident on the beach, definitely an improvement on any of the last lot. The sequence was quite pleasant, I like how the logo is in with the action as the object moves in front of it, rather than just a straight overlay; hope that particular aspect is in the rest of the (new) set.

I wonder if the idea is that an object is taken and stretched and flies. I still don't like the black, and I think that it would have been better if the logo was revealed after the object had flown over, rather than being there without.

It really is a vast improvement, although that black on the logo really needs changing back to white. However, I can see why they made the change, as it was sometimes hard to distinguish the white from the yellow (especially when the logo was used at a small size).

So this new set further differs from the previous, by having a consistent signature tune - the one used on Market was very similar to Beach, nigh on identical.
Compare that to the others which had no aural link, save for the hissy sound effect right at the beginning as the logo would split, and that's a minor link to say the least. So from one extreme to the other, as it were.
