When I first saw that new Chrismassy five ident I thought it looked very similar to the start of the itv1 ident on the lake!
Five really have produced some great idents - I hope itv add to the current set and build-up quite a collection rather than ditching them when a new batch comes along!

as this thread's title has just been changed il post what i said in the christmas 2006 thread here too: saw a trailer for christmas cooks today sparkles come from the '1' in the itv1 logo and then form a circle around the logo. it then repeats until the end of the trail. the end trail board dosent have anything christmassy about it except for the sparkly itv1 logo.

Yup - I've just seen that ad before Coronation Street. Its nothing exciting.. it just looks quickly whipped up. I hope we dont just get that sparkle round the '1' on the Idents!

The 1 has always been white, it's the 'itv' bit that has changed on the idents.
