General Hospital axed from ABC1

Wish that could be swapped over. Sick of seeing the first episodes with Mark looking about 5.

I wish ABC1 would show some later episodes of HI too. I've bought Seasons 1 and 2 on DVD, so I'd be keen to see some later ones.

I got season one in MVC last week for £9.99 - bargain!

Personally I actually preferred Mark when he was younger, he became a pretty pointless character in later years I thought, especially when they couldn't use his cuteness anymore.

Is ABC1 going 24 hours on Sky? I've only just found out it's on sky now.

Yeah, I think that was the reason for it going 24 hours in the first place.

Hey, I got some good news!!

ABC1 are extending General Hospital for another two weeks to see how things go, because apparently the ratings have shot up recently, even beating SKY One on some occasions.

It's on 9:30-10:15am

Looks like ABC1 is 24 hours now. Saw an add about half an hour ago for a new drama called 'Kevin Hill' which is on at 9pm tonight.

What? I have Sky and it's just gone 24 hours on there.

Well NTL appeared to have made a good balls up with abc1, it appears they're still taking the DTT feed, I caught the end of Less Than Perfect and the signal just flipped off at exactly 5.59pm, though NTL have got rid of the 'This Channel Is Off-Air' screen, it's just showing black right now.

Plus they've changed the idents slightly, the music has been given a reworking and there appears to be more white in the idents.

Happening on Telewest aswell. They're displaying an error message though.

The idents look a bit too busy to my eyes, all that twirling about and what not.

I do wish they'd decide what order they want to show Home Improvement in. As they're now showing the first season at 12pm and the third season at 3pm and 3:30pm. Still it's the show's better era, as opposed to what it turned into.

Oh and the EPG listings for abc1 on Freeview has been broken all weekend.
