I though ABC 1 was doing quite well?

It's got to be on a small budget though, it's programme catalogue seems to be looped every 2-3 months

Must be making money somewhere along the line in order to introduce a new show every month (this month is Commander-In-Chief and Ghost Whisperer is due next year). A new kids block is also due as well. Mind you, Home Improvement Series 5 onwards would be nice as well.

If anything ABC1 should be doing well, it's available in All Digital enabled homes (except DTT in Wales) and it has a prominent position on Freeview, it is getting increased exposure all the time, and it's only of few channels that provides round the clock entertainment without any gaps for Closedown or Teleshopping.

Only 6am-6pm on Freeview though.

Ahh yes forgot about that, though it's good having it 24hours elsewhere, provides a good alternative when others have closed down, I even found myself watching 8 Simple Rules at 2.00am the other week, at least the channel is consistent entertainment.
