I don't think ITV4, Sky 3, VH2 or Paramont 2 will disappear, the rest maybe. I thought that Q was essentially FHM TV
Its stil 'Q' during the day and the channel name is still 'Q' on the screen not long til Q is pushed and it becomes FHM 24/7 (name on screen and all) it will last about a year then before disapearing without a trace.
VH2 is my favoruite music channel, like the Amp was my 2nd fave so its doomed on that premise alone

I liked The Amp when I had Sky. The problem with music channels is that the ones that I like always end up changing into the same bland pop or RnB mush. Anything distinctive and non-mainstream doesn't seem to be viable. VH2 is what VH1 used to be, but not as good. VH1 Classics is getting worse, MTV2 is OK, The Amp has gone, Q is going.
Then there is the other problem that there are very few music channels now that just play music. I think The Chart Show channels are probably the only exception
VH2 'JUST' plays 'white boy guitar' music and notning elese which all Im interested in. Ones like Kerrang/Scuzz/MTV2 just play the harder and/or whatever the lastest 'in' bands and bloody hip-hop s**t like eminem.
VH1 Classic was classic when it began, alas no longer is just 80's stuff now. Like I say VH2 is the only channel that caters for my personal taste perfectly so that cannot surely last, its only a matter of time before we start getting Eninem and the Wu Tang clan on there aswell
Pure Guess work but I presume channels that will disappear will be:-

In a unique twist I can see CITV extending its hours and number of channels by buying POP/TinyPOP from the owners of The Chart Show/The Vault. ITV Play becoming ITV Movie Channel showing all its extensive feature-length drama's and acquired films. BBC Choice making a comeback or even CBBC extening its hours. I can even see ITV creating a more factual/current affairs channels - a mix between the old ITV News Channel and Granada Talk TV. and possiby a re-emergence of ITV Sport Channel!!!!
Of other channels, I can see Disney extending its ESPN package of channels and possibly an ABC2.
