Do you reckon the caller was in the studio and false? She seems to respond too quickly to the fall - as if she was there in the studio.

I think (opinion- not fact) most QVC callers are false. They certinally seem that way anyway.

It makes me laugh how she says "that's never happened to me before"! As if she would be phoning in to recommend it if it had!

Also notice how the presenter first says "we're going to make sure that Chris is OK", and then "we're going to make sure that Kevin's OK"!

I noticed this too! Although she refers to him as Chris twice... perhaps he's really called Kevin but they secretly use him for loads of stuff and make him wear wigs and change his name.

...errr, I don't think they make him wear wigs!

Her co-host is called Kevin, the guy who can't figure out a ladder is Chris. I don't think it's anything more than her getting their names mixed up - when she calls Chris Kevin, Kevin says Chris to correct her.
