Rob - you seem to be king of capturing mistakes.

So could you maybe set up a vcr recording news 24 all the time - that way something might break and they might have to show BBC World instead!

The clip you saw was recorded but hadn't been set up correctly on the automation system.
What you saw was the weather person calling up the people who record them to say 'Here I Am & About To Go For A Recording. Are You Recording?'
