They've been showing YTV Community Service announcements on TTTV and the YTV Jobfinder in the Tyne Tees region on late Sunday nights before and after the Asian film, without even just shoving on a different filler (surely not too hard) for almost a decade now. What on earth good does that do for TTTV viewers?
Just one more example of how YTV doesn't give a sh*t.

Yeah i`ve noticed these on Sunday nights, Community Link things I mean, why does Tyne Tees show this, it does not make sense

Yep and Debbie Lindley doing the Weather within Calendar.
That clip was taken from the 1996-1997 'purple' look, which was quite poor

Talking of fun and laughs at YTV - did anyone else see Christa Ackroyd wetting herself laughing on that TV Nightmares programme last night?

Well I expect the 3 people watching, won't care if YTV Jobfinder or ITV Nightscreen is shown after the film.
At least GMG North do their own thing, Most regions just opt to London News Network all night

HTV's idents are played from Nottingham, but the announcements for HTV (and Westcountry) are broadcast from The Media Centre at Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff.

That would be fun, especially as Meridian does the continuity for HTV Wales and HTV West.
(Yes, I know, Meridian's Granada and HTV's Carlton, but when did LOGIC ever prevail at ITV?)

Yes, but as I always say, that must mean that HTV have the best idents, because they use the animations, that morph into the HTV name, with no mention of Carlton at all!!!

There is no doubt that Carlton has the best idents, it's just the CARLTON name that isn't imaginative!

I dunno, I personally think the SMG and UTV idents are also very strong. It's only really the standard ITV hearts that are weak.
Andrew, yes there aren't that many people watching, but what happened to pride in one's work? One thing I do know, is that Tyne Tees' Newcastle continuity centre would never have let these things through, and neither would any other of the regional presentation suites. YTV used to have one of the most professional and well-respected presentation departments in the country (even if it was austere and unfriendly), and I hear that John Crosse (YTV's plummy chief announcer in the 90's) actually took early retirement when he realised that the Leeds centre was becoming so generic. That must tell you something!
