I wonder where they get the presenters from!

I dont know but I would like to know. I wonder if any of them would ever make it on to the BBC or ITV?..................No thought not.
Anyway, That Jen girl who someone has posted pics of before, she was on Last wek and I thought she was mad. Just picking up the phones and shouting Hello Hot CHAT! or whatever she could remember to say. She is funny but just right of that channel!

Paul Lavers, now known for his apperances on shopping channels, actually started off his career on a much higher note. He is a trained actor, and has featured (albeit only in supporting roles) in a number of BBC programmes. He was also a well known and well liked continuity announcer (back when they were in vision and to be a CA meant more than it does now) on Anglia Television for many years.
So, can someone tell me what the current state of play with Friendly TV is? Do they still have Paul Lavers et al on there?

Not sure whether this represented a total severance from the channel (maybe someone else can expand on this), however from the reports it seemed evident that he clearly did not want to be linked with a "tits and bum" channel.

There were two sofas and a plasma screen, and they played a "Millionaire" text-in type game on this screen while the presenters talked about nothing.
I imagine Lavers quit because of the introduction of BabeCast - which I have to say, is the most professional thing on the channel! Sadly the girls don't go anywhere near far enough from what I've seen.
Presenter Kait Borsay left at around the same time, the Friday before this "revamp" thing came in on the Monday. She's got a website at www.kaitborsay.com. I also notice that with Lavers went the breakfast show Newshound, which is where the "Nicole Kidman is a lesbian" incident happened. Now they're showing 30 minute long TimeLife promos! Not a bad show though.

Ah... Jennifer (German woman from yesterday's shambles) is back and we can barely hear her. We can't read the text messages as they are outside the graphics box. And the lights aren't working properly.
Edit: Now we can't hear her at all... but this isn't stopping our brave presenter. Well at least it's not stopping her filing her nails. They've fixed the text box and now we can read the texts. No - make that TEXT, 'cos there's only been one in the past 15 minutes.

I've missed the dreadfulness of yesterdays appearance but caught her this morning, clicking away on her computer talking to herself whilst one lonely text message was displayed on the screen.
At the moment it's hotchat - advertising an 18+ service which I'm fairly sure isn't allowed to be plugged at this time of day!
Oh and there's 3 text messages from a "Hot Chat Girl" who seems tcontent on asking questions in hope of an answer, and so far someone else has text'ed in but not in response to her !
She responds to him and he ignores her

What is it with Paul Lavers, every career move seems to take him lower and lower, From Anglia to Shop America via QVC, Ideal World, Friendly TV.....
