How brilliant is this show!!!!

Absolutely loving it - it really reminds me of something I've seen before but I can't quite put my finger on it.

Agreed. It is a good show. My question though when they used the Michael Jackson puppet to announcer the competition result, did they use the voice of LWT continuity legend, Trish Bertram?

I'll backtrack what I said. The voice matched the Channel 4 continuity announcer which sounds a shade like Trish but doesn't have the Bertramisms Smile

Whilst it was a good show with Vinnie at the helm. I wonder who they will have on next week and it seems the show will be very dependent on who they have to keep it rolling.

PLEASE GET RID OF JIMMY CARR!!!

Does this man have to be on everything?!

I've seen him live... he is NOT funny. He is even less funny on the television.

Why Channel 4 keep allowing him on television is beyond me.

Will Jordon be presenting one? Don't want her to, but they mentioned her name at the beginning, along with Kelly Osbournes name.

The announcer on Channel 4 this evening (don't know her name) was the one who did the voiceover for Michael Jackson because the Friday Night Project is recorded a few days beforehand I believe.

Oh not him again! Rolling Eyes They even had the cheek to plug his new DVD at the end of the show.

I wonder who's guest presenting next week.... Lizzy Bardsley? Mad Thats what I fear could happen to this show!

Don't reckon much to Charlie from Busted's new band Fightstar - its a band that doesn't know what it is to me Confused He is one guy that being tall doesn't suit.

IT was a good show but I thought it would've gone along the Friday Night Live format introducing some new comic talent - doing standup routines rather than a few people sat on some white seats regurgitating some written script?

I liked it but think there were TOO many videotape inserts and more needs to be presented live from the studio. I wouldve liked to have seen two bands play and possibly a standup routine aswell. (I know its a bit like the old Friday Night Live programme - but that was truly great and springboarded so many comics into the limelightt!

I completely agree. It's the same problem BBC One has with Natasha Kerplunk - both of them are everywhere like shìt in a field at the moment.

Someone should tell Jimmy Carr that simply saying something in a sarcastic tone of voice doesn't make it funny.

I think more than anything though, it's his awful, smug, super-creepy, foetal face which offends me.

Get rid!

How could you!? A funny but serious man IS funny!

TFNP isn't bad, but it's one of them shows in which they'd to anything to pass the time. (i.e. Greyhound Racing?) Anyway, better than ITV's crap!

The show had some features which reminded me of "The Priory" from about four years ago. One in particular was the 'celebrity' spotting' in Watford which lasted shorter than it should have as it was a rare simple idea that when performed was very funny.
