I do find the news overdose at 7am a bit too much, I want to wake up happy Very Happy.

An example being the day after the Dunblane shootings ten years back both BBC breakfast and GMTV were live from the town whilst the Big Breakfast just got on with silly games in the garden.

Yes the wright stuff is in the old rise studio and I was inform of that by a member of this very forum

My memories of Ri:se, The first programme had Marc Duddon Smith p***sing off for a pi:ss whilst the last programme had 4 people making the worlds biggest people pile

I found the first version was too static with that tiny set and the second version just ended up like big breakfast in a different studio, now used for the wright stuff. I missed the outside games

so this new show is going to be location based, sounds fun, 'it's 7am and today we're live from s****horpe'

Is that set used for the Wright Stuff?

Yeah; must be owned by Princess Productions still - it's on the 4th floor (I think) of the big shopping centre in Queensway.

I realy don care for Morning television any more.
CBBC and thier pretentious Level Up (and as a gamer, let me tell you, "Level up" as a tern is nonsence in thier concepts) and the craptastic "Jakers".

How many weeks of Astroboy did they run, 3? And we're well into a month of Jakers...

I thought the point of morning television was to get them intrested.

At least this might inject intrest into them.

I remember dropping by after being in the vicinity a couple of times and noticing, after a while, that this studio was accessed thrugh a little white door with the infamous ' : ' on it - hidden, it was! Strange location as well; I wonder how PP came to a decision to film from a mall...?!

Thanks DJGM but I've actually being up to Princess before and the shopping centre itself is easy to find - it was just their office that was a bit tricky!

Whereabouts is the studio from the main Princess reception? That's as far as I got lol (was delivering something from another production company - oh the joys of being a runner!)

It's straight on from the reception; through an office bit (which featured for a brief period for the paper review on RI:SE), and you're there.

So the programme has begun, what do people think of it?

It appears to be from a simple studio rather than location based. The titles and graphics are very unusual, yet creative. It's an ok show. It does what it says on the tin. Music vids and showbiz gossip.

I agree with people in here, RI:SE mk 1 was becoming quite a good show, when big brother was over, they'd got the news breifly, got resonably good guests and didn't repeat the same programme 4 times (that was a stupid idea to begin with, they could have at least done it with different scripts and edits to things)..

The only good things that I liked about RI:SE mk 2 were the titles, the theme and the fish tank.

Talking of RI:SE, there is an ad airing at the moment (can't think what for) and I'm sure it's using the song used in the pre-launch "Are you awake?" ads! Can anyone confirm?
