freeview services/channels

on freeview... when does 4tvinteractive start and when are more channels launching.. and can you play interactive millionaire on freeview?

Millionaire was interactive last season but not this for some reason.

I thought the Disney type channel was due to start about now? :

Disney's channel will be called Daytime and is due to launch on 12 January
