It's getting ridiculous now. Just got a message to retune my Freeview box and Toonami has popped up on channel 58.
It's accompanied by a Top Up TV message, so I guess it won't be on Freeview. I think chatter on Digital Spy suggested Toonami would replace Boomerang, which itself would move to Freeview and time-share with More 4. Don't know if there is any truth in that!
The point is now that the Freeview EPG is completly full - with new channels being squeezed in between the Text channels and the porn channels!
They certainly need a rejig - having ITV3 and More4 in the 30's is ridiculous, while things like the Shopping channels get a better slot. I think most people agree Top Up TV should be in it's own section, most people except Top Up TV actually!
The solution is quite simple - move the Radio channels to the 100's, then the text channels and adult channels to the 80's and 90's.
Then just moving the shopping channels to the 50's would free up some space earlier in the EPG, while I'd also have a "Specialist" section in the 60's for channels like Quiz Call, Community Channel, Xtraview and Teachers TV.
Finally, move the music channels to 35 and stop S4C~2 hogging channel 13 by putting it on ch 15 (ABC1 isn't broadcast in Wales), freeing up 13 for either More 4 or ITV3.
