I've had Freeview for over 6 months but recently I can no longer get Channel 4 or the ITV News Channel. Am I alone? Any ideas?

It would be helpful if you told us where you are.

The transmission method on that multiplex means that reception is less robust (but allows more channels to be squeezed in). Check your aerial connections are all well made. It may be that you will need a new aerial and/or new cable. Is the aerial on the roof or in the roofspace? Can you see what condition it is in? Do you know how old it is?

Also by saying where you are, we can determine as to whether you cannot receive the NC because it has not yet returned in your region (i thnk in Westcountry and Border it hasn't) or because there is a fault with your box.
