Freeview does work on an indoor aerial - but I can only recommend one thing - height. Get your aerial as high as you can and you'll find the results rather surprising. Also a transmitter facing window always helps.

When I was in Coventry, I could get all the multiplexes off a simple indoor aerial from Argos for about £6.50. That was from Sutton Coldfield - I think it was a pretty fair distance. Also got some multiplexes from Waltham too, but that was due to the height I was at!

I live about ten miles from Sutton Coldfield and I use it on my portable tv in my room and it works fine with my little loop aerial... except (oddly enough) when an analogue TV is on in another bedroom (?)...

Apart from More 4, ITV3, Sentana and Disney... does anyone know what other new channels are coming to Freeview?

Setanta isn't happening. There is nothing to say that ITV3 is (why do people assume that every new channel from ITV or C4 will automatically go on DTT?).

Daytime from Disney missed it's launch date, and whilst C4 at present still plan to launch More 4 on DTT later this year, that could change if Top Up TV takes off.

You aren't going to get 4 new channels, at most you'll get two (and only 1 is particularly likely).

Actually, it did not, since Disney never stated a launch date, except for the vague Winter 2003/2004.

Will this mean that Freeview won't get any new channels because most channels will decide to go to 'Top-up-TV'???

If this is true the that is unfair to Freeview viewers.
