I take it the BBC know about this site? What did they say, was it official? I just hope they don't do anything, for example, try to close this site, as my life would never be the same again:(

I dont think they would do that as the forum generally generates a lot of good press about the tv companies

Interesting 'fact' there. I'm sure there are a lot of people who would be most interested in meeting your contacts.
The report was done by NBC News. They showed that with enough practice on MSFS, anyone would know how to take control of the aircraft during midflight. Mind you, you can't learn how to take off with a measly computer game, but the controls of the aircraft are designed to be exactly like the real thing. So I would not be surprised if anyone involved used that program. I own Flight Simulator, and the details are very impressive. It even has almost all the major landmarks in London... not sure about TVC though
How come the *** don't want us to use ****io names, yet it's still perfectly alright for the **** presenters to say things like 'And from us in ****io 9, it's over to ****io 7 for *********'?

Well I know I don't post round here that much, but for what it's worth. I think Asa's right to make that announcement.
The internet is huge and so is it's audience. You have no idea what people are looking at what and where and when. There's probably hundreds of people that have stumbled across this site, had a look around and we'd never know.
Personally, I wouldn't like to think that I could have given someone enough information to create the sort of hell we're now living in. I just wouldn't want it on my conscience.
