Forum announcement - biggest load of crap!

SkyNews could've at least used a word which would be blacked out! i.e. ******* . And Asa, why not just put 'crap' into the profanity filter system?

Yeah, in a 2 page article in The Sun - the samer article said that Virgin had withdrawn MS Flight Sim already - more shops have now I bet.

Right, SkyNews - you obviously have some amazing bee in your bonnet. It wasn't meant to become a 'major' thing but obviously people had to be made aware they shouldn't write it from then on. I personally do agree that the information is available elsewhere and don't quite understand the point of not mentioning studio names HOWEVER I am happy to respect this request.

Jamez, the announcement didn't (AFAIK) disappear. I've actually been away for the past 24hrs and certainly wouldn't change my decision on the basis of you two making those posts. I knew you'd be the first (in the other topic) to start making a fuss of this pretty simply request and why oh why you just can't put up with it, I'll never know.

Of course, there is the small matter that the BBC World Service regularly broadcasts the address of Bush House over the air for correspondance, and has done for many years

this and several other forums are getting carried away,terrorists are not demented kids they are intelligent people posting which studio is not going to give away a national secret they got past security at airports the bbc would be easy to them.

Getting past security for internal American flights was easy, compared to out controls and besides they only took pen knives on!

I'd agree that it matters very little what is said on this forum, there are other ways and means of finding out the layout of TVC - taking a tour of the place for example...

However, Asa has pointed out that it was a request - presumably made by the BBC - and not a personal decision. So if people feel the need to complain to anyone then you should look to the BBC.

I doubt very much this request is causing anyone great difficulty or unwanted stress. Enough said.

I think the Announcement is back.

I take it the BBC know about this site? What did they say, was it official? I just hope they don't do anything, for example, try to close this site, as my life would never be the same again:(
