I wouldn’t be opposed to a refresh of sorts, but the logo itself is now very familiar, and I think it would be a mistake if they changed that in the forseeable future.

I agree about the Christmas idents Bert, we've already had 4 years of Santa's on the merry go round a change would be lovely, even a change to normal style would be nice if done to the efforts of the 2008, 2010 & 2012 Christmas packages.

Plus Christmas idents for ITV2 (the forgotten child - in terms of Christmas branding) would be nice.
Surely with the current ident set it could work well: 'christmas' crackers & cheese, mistletoe & wine, Holly (Willoughby) and the ivy?

ITV's finally got a logo where it's actually more than just a typeface slapped in a box. It's adaptable, flexible and bespoke.

There still better then the oneness. Why does no one remember the last one I postage Sports 2?

Well you only gave people 20 minutes not to remember it.

I think though what replaced this is a very good example of how to rescue a rebrand.

I was actually thinking that at the time of writing! Haha! Maybe not quite for an ITV2 audience, however Don Brennan got a mention on CBBC's Saturday Mash-Up
