so many great shows mentioned in this thread and all stuck in the archives, it really makes me angry to see these shows rotting away in the archives!

Bodger and Badger, What on Earth, Button Moon, Pigeon Street, Fun House (what were the names of those twins anyone?!!) and that computer show(whose name escapes me) with Andy Craig and Violet Berlin. I think I'm regressing... Laughing

The twins were Mel and Martina.

As for the computer show it was Bad Influence The male present was Andy Crane. I think your getting Andy Craig confused with a regional news presenter (?)

Embarassed Yes sorry, mistype, it was Andy Crane. Mr Crane is now a regional news presenter of sorts too-- if he still on Channel M

I did think the twins' names began with 'M', thanks for jogging my hazy memory.... oh dear I think I'm going senile at 23 Shocked

Correct, Mr Crane is still at Channel M.

Apparently Pat Sharp does alot of Student gigs nowadays, he used to be on Century FM North West, but he was dropped in the middle of last year I believe. A friend of mine went to one of his gigs and AIUI he tends to be quite blue and makes lots of jokes referring to the Twins on Fun House.

Seems to be what ex-kids presenters do. Timmy Mallett does student nights too, you can see him touring around the place, if you can find his website theres pics of him, and he still carries the stupid mallett and wheres the stupid glasses. Some people can't move on Razz

Tommy Boyd from Wide Awake Club and CITV meanwhile has been a very successful controversial TalkRadio presenter. Although his show he's doing now on BBC Southern Counties is dire!
