Woof! Yes. Wasn't PC Valentine (John Bowler) from The Bill in that? Or have I got the wrong person.

Activ8
It'll Never Work (hosted by Sally Gray and that theme tune by Depeche Mode).

Sounds like my era! People Are People was the Depeche Mode sample IIRC for Activ8 .

Bodger and Badger, What on Earth, Button Moon, Pigeon Street, Fun House (what were the names of those twins anyone?!!) and that computer show(whose name escapes me) with Andy Craig and Violet Berlin. I think I'm regressing... Laughing

I don't live round Moseley, sorry!!. Woof was filmed around Rushcliffe when it was produced at Lenton Lane, mostly around West Bridgford (just up the road from me) or the Vale of Belvoir for rural scenes.

Put The Telly On
People Are People - thats it, with the mechanical sounding drums. That was the theme to It'll Never Work.

A full episode of The Riddlers is on YouTube...my god I remember this..

Ah right you're in the same area as me then (I'm in the Vale of Belvoir not far from Bridgford).

For the majority of the original series with Eric and Roy/Rachel, it was Moseley in Birmingham - which came as a surprise for me as I often thought they all came from Notts.

Anyone remember "Clock On! " which was a series of sketches with Su Pollard, Christopher Lillicrap ( fab name ) and someone else. I distinclty remember there was an earlier series called " We're Clocking On! " with amongst others Derek Griffiths, but can find no reference to this anywhere... If anyone can confirm I'd be grateful!

Also on the subject of Christoper Lillicrap...there's Playboard, We'll Tell You A Story and Busker.

I used to love " What's That Noise? ", the original series of which was presented by Craig Charles. The other presenter was IMO better but can't remember who he was.

The twins were Mel and Martina.

As for the computer show it was Bad Influence The male present was Andy Crane. I think your getting Andy Craig confused with a regional news presenter (?)
