Fonts

I am trying to find the fonts used in the following logos:


1.  The font used in the [ i t v ] logo.
2.  The font used in the (CiTV) logo and their graphics.
3.  The font used in the yellow bit under the ITV logo.  e.g  The word SPORT in the ITV Sport logo.
4.  The font used by Channel4 in its programme promotions. I think it was also used as the font in the Big Brother logo and on their graphics.


If you know where i could download them i would be very greatful. Please put in a post if you know anything.

If my memory serves me right, the font for the strap underneath the ITV logo for sport is just appears to be an expanded helvetica roman.

Since the BBC probably produce more programmes than anyone else (on terrestrial) it gives the impression that Gill Sans is EVERYWHERE!

Carlton use it too.

Does anyone know what the name of the pre-1997 BBC Font was?

thats the futura font - two different types - incidentally the 91-97 BBC 1 regional labels under the 1 eg; East, South East; etc is also a version of futura!

Does anyone have a copy of the futura font?

Nobody know the CiTV font. I think words 'Alien Invasion' on the 'Smarties' tubes are also written in this font. Anybody from Nestle know what it is?

I have the futura font.

But I'm unable to upload it, my server has some problems.

CNN International uses Futura a lot too.
