Flipside on C4?

Nation217 to go terrestrial? (August 2004)

Was having a quick browse thru' the Digital Spy forums and spotted someone saying that a series of Flipside is going to be running on C4 from later this month... is this true, or not? Can't find it as yet on the C4 website, and searching Google for 'flipside nation 217 channel 4' brings up sod all...

There's something I quite like about this programme, and it's certainly head and shoulders above most of the dross on the lower-budget satellite channels.

However, has anyone ever watched any more than 5 minutes of it? It seems to have a funamental flaw that as soon as they start talking about an interesting show on another channel, you end up switching over to it!

It's good that Flipside is coming back, but must they have that interminable t*ssp*t Iain Lee on it?!?

Looking at RadioTimes it says Flipside on on C4 starting monday 16/8/04 at 1:15am!! (So thats tuesday morning really).

No ones going to watch it at that time!! Digital Spy say it will be simularcast on Nation 217 and C4 at same time. Nation 217 will never show it at 1:15am. Thay have it on in primetime!

Yep, Flipside's a great show especially when they have the right mixture of guests. It will be on C4 for two weeks, then on Paramount for eight weeks.

Some of the Friday Night episodes earlier in the year presented by Justin Lee Collins were extremely funny, and it should be at home on Paramount.
