Milkshake begins at 5:10, and in TV terms that's still Sunday (IIRC).
Perhaps they'll go for a re-launch at 9:15 when The Wright Stuff begins, as that's the beginning of their normal programming; or, as you say an evening re-launch.
I think the last couple of relaunches have been in the evening - one might have been as late as 10pm as IIRC it coincided with the debut of Prison Break.
I would think though considering OK!TV is the only new thing of note in the schedule it would be earlier on Monday - certainly no later than 5pm, but probably after Milkshake.
Five has a reputation for high profile, primetime relaunches but as we all know it's a very different beast now, so who knows. Quite surprised at how little promotional gumpf there's been about the rebrand itself.
I'd say prior to The Wright Stuff is most likely; failing that, before the new look 5 News.
