The Ratings it was getting would still be good enough for Channel 5

Seen a post on Digital Spy saying they saw the ad for OK!TV before CSI on Saturday Night.

Anyone else see and/or capture stills/video of it?

If anything the final series, Celebrity run, and Ultimate run, saw a rise in ratings. Plus Big Brother always had a hardcore audience, one of which Channel 5 would be over the moon with if maintained.

The ratings will drop with a move to Channel 5 but I'd imagine they'd be more than happy with the audience that's left. If they can convince younger people to watch the channel over all they'd be able to build and hold an audience for the future too.

look at Neighbours that had ratings drop when it moved to five, ok the show is not half as good as it was when it was on the beeb, but I think five our happy with the current viewing figures.

I indeed saw it. Just some blurred images of celebrities, all very red, set to the music like that of the showbiz sponsorship on Sky News. There may have been some text overlayed, but after it if it was an OK!TV logo appeared, followed by a cut to the current FIVE logo.

would five still want to use davina for big brother?

For some reason I imagine Davina will be hosting alongside Brian Dowling.

I really think they should put the show to bed for at least a few years.

All red? Hope that means the set won't be all red like the set Richard & Judy had when they first moved to Watch.
