The first episode is being recorded with a live audience I believe.
I think it's a one off. I can see them doing it permanently though.

February 14th according to this blog post. No idea how reliable that blog is, mind.

100% Accurate, new look news and evening entertainment programme also being launched that day.
I'm really going to miss the current idents.

I'm sure I read/heard Fiver is to become 5life (again, sort of!).

EDIT: just had a horrible feeling I literally dreamt that.

Can believe that actually. I think Fiver has done as well as could have been hoped in reversing the fortunes of the original, invisible Five Life, though I guess 5r wouldn't really work.

There may have been some value in allowing Fiver to go off and do its own thing presentationally whilst tying Five and Five USA closer together.

Speaking of Five USA, U5A anyone?!

Broadcast is reporting that the logo, as used in print for months, will indeed be launching on-air on Feb 14th:

Obviously we'll have to wait and see how it looks on air, but the print version is just one of the worst logos I've ever seen for a major TV station in this country. It's a cliché to say it looks like it was done in five minutes on Powerpoint, but it really does.

Can someone post the image for people who don't wish to pay millions for websites like this?

Nothing mentioned in that article about Sky producing OK! TV. I wouldn't be surprised if Desmond gets Princess to produce it seeing as new commission The Vanessa Show and The Wright Stuff fill the morning schedule.

If it's the ones used in magazines, we were sent two last year. I think I posted them on here at the time.

It will be interesting to see if OKTV will do any better than LFSF. I just can't see it myself.

Is it wrong that I'm almost looking forward to seeing just how bad the new Fiver/Five USA logos will be?
