Because people like watching it, it makes people feel better that even though they've been made redundant due to the credit crunch and are forced to watch daytime tv, at least they aren't in as much of a state as Jeremy Kyle's guests.

I'm still waiting for the Karen Matthews prime time special.

Maybe she should come back to Australia and host Play School again (ahhh nostalgia), she was one of my favourite hosts when she was on years ago.

I don't know anybody who watches 'Jezza 'Kyle anymore even if they are unemployed!

It started off as a novelty, as it was almost a parody of itself... and now its seen for what it is. Utter sh!t.

I think that Trisha gets unfairly tarnished with the same sh!tty stick that Jeremy Kyle does. Unlike Jezza, she does come across a lot better, as if she actually gives a damn, and would have done a lot better for five had they tried to make her into the Oprah-type figure they obviously wanted her to be at first.
