It's 40 years since Ceefax (defunct since 2012) was created. And the BBC have decided to commemorate this in an unusual way.

They're issuing a challenge to everyone, to write a report on one of tonights Carling Cup football matches, max eighty words.

I can think of an ex BBC football reporter/jorno/presenter, who'd have probably been very good at that challenge, regrettably he's in prison at present.
