I read on PureSoap's message board it's being axed

can anyone offer me any information on the supposed axing?

That's strange, I heard Five had recommissioned it for next year, and expect a high turnover of characters! It must just be rumour.

It has def been recomissioned till next October! Its not been axed. In fact its ratings have been on a steady rise. Two weeks ago (According to Broadcast) it had 1.4million for Wednesday episode.
