Family Affairs

With Sons & Daughters completing its Five run this morning, I thought I'd ask when does Five's other soon-to-end soap, Family Affairs, draw to a close?

I know it's new year but when specifically? A final date must be confirmed by now.

Rumour has it, it will come to an end on Friday 30th December. Apparently filming came to an end last Friday.

I wonder what will replace it, they have already got rid of the lunchtime repeats. Cant see them putting on double episodes of Home and Away at it would clash with Hollyoaks at 6.30pm which is the same target audience.

Its a shame FA is coming to an end, its easily my 2nd fave soap after Corrie at the moment.

Apparantly the 6.30 slot will be filled with imports, so don't be too surprised to see re-runs of Joey and the other couple of US sitcoms Five have been airing lately.

I am so sad that FA is leaving our screens... no really... it has been... well rather CRAP over the past few years' or so!!! Well done to Five for realising that it is RUBBISH!!!
