Not all of them. I think episode 1 is missing. But I just find YouTube my first port of call for that sort of thing.

I'm loving the clips of Andy Millman's sitcom When The Whistle Blows (is he havin' a laugh?) - the way they've executed the idea of a show within a show is superb. It seems to be some kind of hybrid between Dinnerladies and Coronation Street during the Reg Holdsworth years.

I was reading at the weekend that Andy's character in When The Whistle Blows is based on Ricky Gervais' and Stephen Merchant's dodgy Reg Holdsworth impersonations, of which apparently they're quite fond.

Is it Liza Tarbuck who sings the theme song?

I wouldn't have thought so! Shocked

She definitely plays one of the parts in WTWB, just wondered if if she did the theme song too.

Very weak episode this week. Next weeks looks good however. According to 'Heat' there's a shock ending with "The most spectacular, yet brilliantly laid back, A List cameo in British TV History".

I thought it was a good episode. Again, Gervais is rapidly turning into David Brent again but Stephen Merchant is just briliiant - especially the date scene and the small house with the flooded toilet! Laughing

Nuggets of gold amongst the sludge: Toilet, Fizzy Water Bottle, Can't Remember Your Name. This ep, to coin a phrase, was the worst of a good bunch.

Yeah, Gervais has drifted into Brent far too often. It's ironic that Andy Millman is actually the least funny character in the show. Rolling Eyes Even "Barry" is funnier.
