In all fairness Charlotte had the best song and the best performance on the night. Having juries can tell how seriously Sweden takes this competition. Just like they did in 2005 - I remember there were calls to scrap the juries entirely. They proved to be extremely founded - Las Vegas was sh*t on a stick.

Will have to wait until I see a better quality recording - but that just looked like a normal radio steadicam running around and Linda slowing down her hand movements (the background doesn't slow down - so I don't think it is anything clever like a ramped EVS slow-mo or something clever using a clip store in the mixer I'm afraid)
What camera effect? It's just a tight on stage close up using the steadcam, and then cuts to a tight front angle using a techno, with the shot cut cued at the right time. Any director can pull that off with the rehearsals they do leading upto the live show.
Just before the picture cut the top to middle left of the frame goes black - which is obviously the steadcam-man making a quick run off left, and one of the backing dancing just getting in the way.

Duel 3 had the highest combined votes in Andra Chans. I guess some people delibriately voted to make sure that Carola didn't go to the final.

There wasn't a techno to be seen at ESC in Kyiv (which was effectively an SVT production) - they use the money to have more Jimmy Jibs, as the telescopic nature of the Techno doesn't deliver much extra if you have a couple of very long jibs?
SVT really show off just how good they are when it comes to MF don't they? They put the likes of RTÉ to shame...2005 was the best-produced eurovision of recent years..no surprise that SVT had huge involvement...likewise with 2003!
