As of Monday, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia is no more, now it shall be known as the Republic of North Macedonia
I hope the EBU has acknowledged this name change and will feature it at this year's contest.

No! It was always funny when Macedonia did well, got points and the look on the spokesperson's face having to read out 'the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia...' and then French name from the hosts, but then that hardly happens now with spokesperson's now only doing 12 pointers.

You can blame Greece for the name change because they have a region called Macedonia

I reckon they'd call it Macédoine du Nord should the new name be introduced at the contest

At the moment it is only domestic use until the UN are officially informed.

To be fair to BM11, to be in the EBU you have to be in the International Telecommunications Union, which in turn requires you to be in the United Nations. So they'll use whatever the UN use.

Happy Valentine's Day, have some new CADs of the set.

Definitely looks like another Golden Circle Rolling Eyes The catwalks are almost always useless, they need to ditch them.

Problem is, since 2011 everyone except the Swedes and Danes have used the same stage designer - I think this is Florian Wieder's 6th Eurovision now?

That said, it'd be wrong of me to huff and puff when I like having the same Scandinavian production team bussed in because at least then you know the show will be good.

This is going to be Florian Wieder's 5th Eurovision stage, following 2011, 2012, 2015, and 2017.
