This is a bit late but congratulations to everyone at KAN!
I hope they have a bright future ahead of them

And so, it's been announced that Poland and TVP will host the 2019 Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
However, the host city and venue will be announced at a later date.

Good luck to them. I thought Belarus did an amazing job by JESC standards, especially with the set which would not have looked out of place on the adult show. Great energy
Worth noting that Ola Melzig and team also oversaw the Minsk show this year. Certainly the whole show was a massive step up from Tiblisi.

Yeah, plus I think it will give Poland a chance to promote themselves as a country and possibly boost tourism there too.

Gosh, you're quick. I was about to post the same thing.
Bit of a departure from other Florian Wieder stages, and many on Facebook comparing it to Melodifestivalen's recent sets, but on first glimpse I kind of like it.
Nice to see a few physical elements have been put in, mind you, given from that it's clear the LED screens are back.
It's also got a more than a slight nod to the 1987 set.
Looking like another late release of tickets this year, hopefully not as late as Kiev 2017 (February) or Moscow 2009 (March). Most years it's been November/December.
I'm wondering about my chances this year, there'll be less people applying than for Lisbon but there'll be much fewer tickets available in the first place.

In the UK fan club raffle I came 25th so I’m almost guaranteed a ticket for the week. Just need to sort out accommodation now.
