ERT World (Greece) and RIK Sat (Cyprus) which can both be found on Freeview HD 110 are also showing Eurovision. It's not in HD or anything but if you want to see it without the BBC bits, that is another option.

Love the flag effects on the externals of the Crystal Hall at the conclusion of the Postcards.

Right I probably sound stupid here but I have Freeview HD and can't see either of those channels? Re-scan, the lot and yet still nothing. Is it real Freeview or one of those new 'hidden unless you have a specific receiver' channels?

It's the IPTV stuff which is part of the Freeview HD spec and should, along with a decent broadband connection, work on any device with the Freeview HD logo, unless you purchased your device before it was part of the spec, which actually makes the Freeview HD logo pretty meaningless.

Anyway, you are not missing too much at this stage. Although, it is the future of television, apparently.

I see the BBC Three semi final issues of commentary falling off air and bad cueing are present as normal.

The graphics seem very much like an evolution from last year.

Ah the standard "Your vote won't count and you may be charged" line.... and yet they haven't given us a number to call as we don't vote tonight!

There must be a better way of doing the "Vote Now" "No you can't ignore them". Couldn't there be two streams - one for the voting countries and one for the non-votings ones, where the non-voters get an additional replay or something?

The scroller is quite poor. It doesn't go behind the heart logo properly.
