Is the time on the posts saying it's 7pm or is it just me?

They are saying its 7pm.

Also, the sound that it is supposed to make when a new post is made isn't working I think...

The homepage is saying 8pm and the topic normally. But in Live mode its 7pm....

Well, this real-time thing just keeps crashing for me.
