The May date suggests they're not thinking the season will resume anytime soon.

Maybe ITV Hub from May but airing on ITV4 in June where some Euro 2020 games and highlights would have been?

Or maybe it was always meant to be shown in the run up to Euro 2020? The domestic season would've been over by then.

Not ITV but BBC Red Button showing Croatia v England, Euro 2004 at 3PM today.

Bizarrely listed as "FA Cup Round Goals"

Presumably it's a replacement for what was meant to be an FA cup highlights programme, and they haven't changed the title.

It was indeed Bob Wilson.

Yes, with Jim Rosenthal the secondary presenter. This was Bob's first tournament for ITV having joined after the 1994 World Cup as a replacement for the hapless Matthew Lorenzo.

BT Sport repeated every Euro 96 match in the run-up to Euro 2016. They showed an hour of every match, with the ITV commentary. Obviously half of the matches were only shown as highlights on ITV so some of the commentary was being heard on TV for the first time ever, hence in one of the matches they left in Peter Brackley talking to the director. In another one they left in Alan Parry announcing You've Been Framed had been dropped. Wouldn't be surprised if ITV use the same edits.
