Hopefully the entire programmes, not just the matches. Like to see some of the presentation again.

Pretty sure it was the usual BBC/ITV split with highlights on the other side so I guess it’ll just be the matches, hopefully with the original titles at least. Maybe with some of the pre/during/post match analysis to bookend the shows. A bonus if they mock up the graphics of the time for any additional material.
Nice it’ll be on ITV4 at the same time for everyone to tweet along.

Yep, certainly for the England games, from memory it was ITV for the opening game vs Switzerland, BBC for England v Scotland (which was shown within Grandstand), ITV for England v Netherlands, then the BBC had the quarter final vs Spain (again, in Grandstand) before both BBC and ITV showed that semi-final.
ITV Sport have been putting up some longform stuff onto their YouTube channel, including their latest documentary about Euro 96, which presumably was made in 2016. (I watched the BBC documentary on Euro 96 that summer, but not the ITV one for some reason)

Who was the presenting team for this era? Was it Bob Wilson? Matt Lorenzo?

If memory serves wasn't Steve Ryder on ITV Sport at this point, and he did a fair amount of hosting?

Too early for Steve Rider. He didn't arrive at ITV until 2005 for F1.
So Bob Wilson I believe.

It was indeed Bob Wilson.
MadMusician is right about the split of games - STV (and Grampian and Border?) had Scotland v Switzerland instead of Netherlands v England with those being the last group games and so played simultaneously.
When we get to the rerun of the semi final it'll be the first time a lot of people will have heard the Brian Moore commentary, given that on the night the majority would have been watching BBC 1 and hearing Barry Davies and the 'Oh No!'

When the BBC showed (on the Red Button) / streamed the Germany v England Semi-Final in the run up to the last Euros it was the full programme, presentation and all. A few minutes from Des, Ruud, Jimmy and Alan before going to Barry Davies for a few words and then the crowd singing Three Lions and You'll Never Walk Alone.

Clarification, here .....
It's EVERY Match not just the ITV Broadcast ones.
Football’s coming home as the ITV Hub unearths Euro 96. Airing from May, ITV Hub takes a trip down sporting memory lane and will air all 31 games from one of the most closely contested tournaments in recent history. https://t.co/KqoY1ZCfk5 pic.twitter.com/Hq5y29VStQ
