Italy’s only locked down to 4th April though
For now. What if it gets extended?

What if it doesn't?

Yes, we don’t know one way or the other. Many believe it will die out as it gets warmer. It would be silly to cancel the Euros with the information we have now.

The top doctors are saying that when the warmer weather arrives, the coronavirus should slow down. They are also saying that the virus will peak in about two weeks time, so give two weeks after that for self isolation we should be getting back to somewhere near normal in four to five weeks. I think both the Euros and the Olympics will take place this summer. However It might be a bit tight to complete all the remaining CL/EL matches.

No.

Extrapolating from what the British Government have said, for the UK the peak will be around the end of April and early May. They'd also hinted that they expect the main wave of the virus to be 9 weeks wide.

Presumably this will transcend a distorted bell-curve, so we have to guess where the Government thinks the peak to be, start, middle or end?

Assuming the peak is (say) a third in, then the thing would have passed through by the first week of June. The Government have hinted that their working assumption is that 100,000 will be killed, I've also seen a more pessimistic figure of 250,000. A guess is that the figure will be even lower, say 50 to 75 thousand.

I've heard no medical staff say that, and I'm not sure it's true given the virus is rampant in the Middle East and other currently warm/hot places?

That strangles the extended summer FIFA World Club Cup 2021 at birth, which I'm sure UEFA are delighted about.

Every cloud.
