The testing EPG data on Virgin says that the first programme will be at 20:00 and will be Classic Barclaays Premier League but this may be wrong!
All three ESPN channels are now on Virgin, but ESPN is showing ESPN Classic, and ESPN Classic has a caption up saying 'ESPN Channels coming soon'.
Good to see ESPN Classic on VM at long last.
And still no schedule for the launch day.

I hope not, I'd prefer to watch the Barclays Premier League not the Barclaays Premier League!

Yeah I did it, not that many care I assume, it is very stamped to say the least.

The channel is on air on DTT now, ESPN America having been dropped, with a swirling audio track and a caption, I fear however the ratio switching hasn't been set correctly. It's 16:9 being transmitted in a 4:3 window, that can be overridden though.
I believe cable and satellite are on air too.
7pm...
Barker on Air with Ray and Rebecca in a Cab trailing action.
I also note that according to the barker additional S African, French and New Zealand INTERNATIONAL rugby has been added to the line-up. I've not seen any mention of that elsewhere,

Probably either summer / autumn tour highlights or the like - I remember Setanta used to have Rugby Union highlights of the Six Nations so they've probably picked up those rights.

Setanta had Six Nation highlights/replays - don't know if they had the autumn internationals too, but don't think they did.
Not sure what rights ESPN could get for South Africa and New Zealand either as I'm pretty sure all the tri-nations countries are tied up in a lengthy deal with News International.

Any caps/videos of ESPN's on-air presentation, because from what I read it's a mix between an European & American look?
Here is the channel's launch for anyone interested: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gXHxUVZcIIU
