The daily star front page yesterday was one of the most ridiculous front pages in history. 'Is this the end of the world?' asked their front page lead head.
The Sun disgracefully used the terror to plug Sky's excellent coverage, adding that even Blair was watching SN which broke the news first.

The Carlton Sunrise/Eclipse ident has been around for quite a while now. Its only ever been used twice before on Carlton Central but in light of the news it has been used at most junctions for the last few nights.

Here is the Carlton Sunset ident for those of you who haven't seen it.
Same principle! The only difference is the heart explodes into Carlton with gold stars, instead of a heart which falls into place of the V in HTV with blue hearts.

I know I've mentioned this before, but I'm always reminded of the black monolith being framed by the sun in the film '2001' when I watch this ident. I thought this would have been one of the best idents to celebrate this year!
